In accordance with UK Government guidelines, HML are following advice provided by the authorities including health departments in relation to the Coronavirus.

We have made extensive provision to minimise any impact to our business and the services we provide. However, recent requirements for employees to self-isolate if symptoms develop, have underlying medical conditions, carers of older persons and more recently staff who need to care for children due to school closures has presented a need to alter some services including a reduction in others. As from Monday 23rd March all our switchboard and office reception services will be closed until further notice.

We are still providing a service to our client base but with ever changing staff levels in different geographical locations, the following central approach is the most suitable way forward. If you wish to contact your dedicated Property Manager directly, please do so in the first instance. Alternatively, please send your enquiry to: incident@hmlgroup.com – Please state your name, full address, tenant reference number (if you have one), contact telephone number, email address and a brief summary of your query. A representative from HML will respond as soon as possible.
