An update from our CEO

Updated 09.04.2020

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to escalate, I wanted to address the steps taken and provide an update of the measures that we have been implementing to ensure business continues as usual.

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, HML have been busy working hard and adapting our services to avoid and minimalise service disruption, which is a concern for many during these unsettling times. Rest assured, HML are here, we’re still operating and much of our business remains unaffected.

The HML team have been identifying and implementing solutions, which have enabled us to successfully continue providing our core business services and services deemed as ‘essential’ despite parameters as a result of this global crisis.

Communication is key

In-line with the social distancing regulation, we have adopted video conferencing tools as we are successfully able to host client meetings with AGM’s, EGM’s and Directors virtually.

We are progressively monitoring the situation closely and continue to provide the latest updates, which are available on the HML website. We have a dedicated client COVID-19 page, which is regularly updated with information on our services and support, including the latest announcements and advice from the Government and relating bodies. Our service updates, as well as information pertaining to the management of your property, are also available through our e-communications, via our dedicated client email ‘Let’s Talk’ inbox.

Business as usual

We are able to remotely and securely access our property management and accounting systems and continue to operate during our business hours, which remains uninterrupted.

Our business hours are 9am – 5:30pm, and we also provide additional support through our essential Out-of-Hours service* (*where subscribed).

We appreciate this is a difficult time but we remain confident we will get through this safely together. The health and wellbeing of our employees and valued customers remains our priority. Here at HML, we have your best interests at heart and remain committed to following guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO), Public Health England and the latest Government advice, taking precautions where necessary and in compliance.

Thank you for your understanding and support. I wish you all a pleasant bank holiday weekend, please remember to stay home and stay safe.
