A message from our CEO

In light of the continuing evolvement of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, I would like to reassure you that while you may not have heard from the HML Group sooner, our efforts have been invested into taking the necessary precautions to help minimise any potential service disruption, whilst ensuring we are providing a safe environment for all. The health and wellbeing of our clients and employees remains as our primary concern.

With the latest Government announcement released yesterday, we have made the decision to temporarily close all HML offices with immediate effect from Monday 23rd March. Although HML staff are now working remotely, we have in place robust technology to enable us to continue providing our core business services to our customers.

We understand that you may have concerns with contacting your local Property Manager. Your local Property Management team are still available and can still be contacted by email. We appreciate this is an unsettling time for everyone, however, please rest assured your enquiry will be picked up and we will get back in touch – business will continue as usual. Equally, I encourage you to provide your local Property Manager with your most up to date email address, as it is important that we are able to communicate with our clients quickly and efficiently.

The Coronavirus is fast-moving and as such we will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated. The HML Group will continue to provide regular updates through our website (www.hmlgroup.com) and social media channels. HML will continue to follow guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO), Public Health England and the latest Government advice.

In such uncertain times, it reminds us that nothing matters more than your health and protecting your loved ones. Please take care of yourself, be kind and try and help those less fortunate.
