  • I would like to let you know why Kingsley Court RTM have selected HML Hawksworth as our new managing agent. Last autumn I met Simon Oliver and Rita Nalliah at the Victoria office. I asked a number of questions and was very impressed with their knowledge and friendly approach. As a director I felt that I and the group would be in safe hands. Furthermore Hawksworth had been recommended by one of the directors whose block was managed in Camden and another director whose partner had lived in a block looked after by your company. At the last meeting the vote was close. We nearly appointed Hawksworth a year ago. This autumn I contacted Simon again who introduced me to you. You kindly organised to meet 3 directors including our new Chairman. It has been nothing but a pleasure to speak with you since that meeting only a few weeks ago.
