After joining the HML Group in 2014, the HML Ashton Chater team manage a wide variety of properties, including house conversions, private estates, modern high -rise buildings and large, mixed-use developments.  Each property is looked after by a designated team – a property manager, assistant and client accountant – so there is always someone on hand who knows your building inside out.

  • My family and I had been searching for a property to rent for months with no joy. HML Ashton Chater had been recommended to me by a friend who was renting property from them. I made contact with HML Ashton Chater Romford office as this was the area I was hoping to rent in. From my first telephone call with Linda Cole the Lettings Manger of the Romford office I felt I had found the right letting agent. I expressed what I was looking for in a property to rent; I felt all my requirements were taken into consideration. I viewed a property literally a day after making that initial call. The team at Romford were fantastic, I was running very late for my viewing, Linda Cole and Sharon Reed were more than happy to wait for me nothing seemed to much bother for them.
