  • Louise responded to an after-hours call late on Friday evening when informed that her beloved Ratio, Slade Green had been driven into. A vehicle caused significant damage to one of the blocks not to mention giving a huge fright to the poor resident relaxing inside his lounge watching television at the time the vehicle wedged itself into the very same room. Fortunately no one was hurt. The Police attended and Louise was on hand to ensure the necessary contractors were coordinated; insurers were put on notice; the developer, Redrow, were informed, as the wider scheme is still under construction; and, most crucially, accommodation was arranged for the displaced resident and his family. It’s going to be some time before the family are able to occupy their flat again, but Louise went above and beyond the call of duty, only returning home in the early hours of Saturday morning when she had accomplished everything that could possibly be achieved and was confident that the residents were housed safe & warm.   • Sorry for the delay in writing this – but just wanted to let you know that the meeting last Saturday was the best Shareholders meeting I have been to.
